Taking steps to explore your personal issues can be challenging and overwhelming – but with the help of therapy, it can also be transformative. Are you struggling with relationships, life transitions, trauma, addictions, problematic gaming, anxiety, or depression? Or perhaps you are having difficulty managing your emotions, and want to connect with those around you in a healthier and more fulfilling way? I provide help to individuals, couples, and families who hope to generate change in their lives. For new and seasoned moms who may be struggling, I also offer video/phone therapy for maternal and postpartum mental health needs.

I work collaboratively with my clients from a non-judgmental, empathetic place. One of the goals throughout the journey of therapy is to help you identify the underlying issues and unhealthy patterns that are holding you back. We will work together to find clarity and gain insight into what is needed to make meaningful changes to your life.

I work from a client-centered and trauma-informed approach to my practice. I draw on evidence-based practice methods, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Emotion-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT). I also integrate mindfulness-based practices.
